More than 5 stars!!! I had drain issues in the kitchen sink, the toilet in the guest bathroom, and laundry sink which I found are all connected to one sewer line. I called 5 plumbing companies including the famous franchises which you can name. Unlike the others, however, Z Plumerz (Jon and Kyle) came spent an hour on the video inspection and snaking to find the root cause, the cast pipe was rotten in the bottom. I felt they didn’t come for monies but did really want to solve the issues. They were very serious. So I decided to work with Z Plumberz. Jon and Kyle came fully ready and spent 2 full days breaking into the slab, replacing the pipes, cementing. These two guys were smart, professional , and hardworking. Finally the problem solved!! I am so glad I found Z Plulmerz and met Jon and Kyle. And the price was reasonable and competitive as well. I already recommended Z Plumbmerz to all my colleagues and friends. If you have any plumbing issues, call Z Plumberz. In my opinions though, they are the best or at least better than 4 other big and well known companies in town. Excellent company — Tech Jason was understanding of my problem with returning my four year old water tank for replacement under the manufacturer warranty and did an outstanding job installing it. My Project:

Saturday of Labor Day Weekend: Found my water heater leaking from the bottom. Sent emails requesting cost quotes and turnaround times to four local plumbing companies.

7:30 am Tuesday: Received an email response from Z Plumberz telling me that they can send a plumber to my house immediately to look at the project. Jason, a plumber with Z Plumberz, came out, inspected the problem, and talked me through everything that should be done – including replacing the intake water shutoff valve with an up-to-code valve.

By 9:30 am Tuesday, I had a cost estimate to review. The cost for a new water heater, installation, and haul away the old one was in line with what I thought it would cost for the project.

By 2:00 pm on Tuesday, I had a new water installed.

Used the financing package to pay for the project over 6 months.
