These guys were amazing. From the answering service to Jason who I believe was the field manager to Ethan who came out to take care of my work! They were very kind and understanding in my emergency flood situation. Ethan swapped out my sump pump with the quickness and gave me some tips on keeping it in good shape for years to come. They upsold me on a backup but it was all good! I’m satisfied!

More than 5 stars!!! I had drain issues in the kitchen sink, the toilet in the guest bathroom, and laundry sink which I found are all connected to one sewer line. I called 5 plumbing companies including the famous franchises which you can name. Unlike the others, however, Z Plumerz (Jon and Kyle) came spent an hour on the video inspection and snaking to find the root cause, the cast pipe was rotten in the bottom. I felt they didn’t come for monies but did really want to solve the issues. They were very serious. So I decided to work with Z Plumberz. Jon and Kyle came fully ready and spent 2 full days breaking into the slab, replacing the pipes, cementing. These two guys were smart, professional , and hardworking. Finally the problem solved!! I am so glad I found Z Plulmerz and met Jon and Kyle. And the price was reasonable and competitive as well. I already recommended Z Plumbmerz to all my colleagues and friends. If you have any plumbing issues, call Z Plumberz. In my opinions though, they are the best or at least better than 4 other big and well known companies in town. Jon and Kyle, I said multiple times but want to say again thank you for your efforts on solving the issues! I can never speak high enough for you guys!!!!

After leaving a message on Sunday, the office promptly followed up that day and scheduled an inspection for Tuesday morning. On Monday midday, they reached out again and offered to send someone that same afternoon, accelerating the process by a full day.

Jason, the plumber assigned to the job, was a pleasure to work with. He communicated clearly, outlined a phased approach, and helped us make informed decisions. When a concerned neighbor next door raised questions about the potential impact on nearby landscaping, Jason addressed the neighbor directly. Fortunately, no shrubs had to be harmed in the process.

The final cost was surprisingly at the lower end of the original estimate range. The work was completed efficiently within just a couple of hours after it began. Throughout the process, the team displayed responsiveness, respectfulness, and professionalism. Based on this positive experience, I would certainly consider using their services again.
